This policy explains how Madina Central Asia, the trading name of Vida Consta Moment LLC, a travel company licensed in the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered in Tashkent (hereinafter “the Company”, “we”, “us”). collects and uses personal data.

• Identity and contact details: full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, email address, phone number.
• Booking details: tour selected, travel dates, number of travellers, room preferences, dietary requirements.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Website data: pages visited and basic analytics, collected through cookies.

3. Why we collect it

• To confirm and operate your booking, including hotel registration, which is required by Uzbek law for all foreign visitors.
• To issue train, air and entrance tickets, which require passport details.
• To communicate with you before, during and after your tour.
• To meet accounting, tax and licensing obligations in Uzbekistan.

4. Who we share it with

We share only the minimum data necessary with hotels, transport providers, guides and ticketing systems involved in your tour, and with the state authorities where registration of foreign guests is legally required. We never sell personal data to third parties.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and financial records are retained for the period required by Uzbek accounting and tax law. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

6. Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to retain it. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is stored on secure systems with access limited to staff who need it to operate your booking. Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider.
