Public Offer

1. The parties

This document is a public offer addressed by Madina Central Asia, the trading name of Vida Consta Moment LLC, a travel company licensed in the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered in Tashkent (hereinafter “the Company”, “we”, “us”).

By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit or the full tour price, the client (hereinafter “the Traveller”, “you”) accepts this offer in full and enters into a binding agreement with the Company.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Company organises and provides tourism services in the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the tour programme published on our website or confirmed with you in writing. Services may include accommodation, transport, guiding, entrance fees, meals and activities, as specified in the “What is included” section of the relevant tour.

3. Booking and confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once the Company has sent a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) and the deposit has been received. Until both conditions are met, prices and availability are not guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are quoted in US dollars per person, based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tour price is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For one-day tours, full payment may be requested at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed through our secure online payment provider or by bank transfer to the Company account.
• Bank charges and currency conversion costs applied by the Traveller’s bank are borne by the Traveller.

5. Obligations of the Company

• To provide all services listed in the confirmed programme, at the agreed standard.
• To inform the Traveller promptly of any change affecting the programme.
• To provide an English-speaking guide and licensed transport as specified.
• To keep the Traveller’s personal data secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Obligations of the Traveller

• To hold a valid passport and, where required, a valid visa for the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• To provide accurate personal details for hotel and transport bookings.
• To arrive at the agreed meeting points on time.
• To hold valid travel and medical insurance for the duration of the tour.
• To respect local laws, customs and dress requirements at religious sites.

7. Changes to the programme

The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to the order of visits or to substitute accommodation of an equal or higher standard, where this is necessary for operational reasons. Where a significant change is unavoidable, the Traveller may accept the change, accept an alternative tour, or cancel with a full refund of amounts paid.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, border closures, government restrictions, strikes, war or civil unrest. In such cases the Company will offer a credit note or reschedule the tour where possible.

9. Liability

The Company is liable for the proper performance of the services it provides directly. The Company is not liable for loss or damage caused by third parties outside its control, for personal belongings, or for consequences arising from the Traveller’s failure to comply with clause 6.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute by negotiation. Where this is not possible, the dispute is subject to the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
