Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of our website and the tourism services provided by Madina Central Asia, the trading name of Vida Consta Moment LLC, a travel company licensed in the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered in Tashkent (hereinafter “the Company”, “we”, “us”). They apply together with our Public Offer, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Booking and confirmation

A request submitted through the website, WhatsApp or email is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes binding once we send written confirmation and receive the deposit.

3. Prices

• Prices published on the website are indicative and confirmed at the time of booking.
• Prices depend on group size, season and accommodation category.
• Prices do not include international flights, visas, insurance, drinks, tips or personal expenses, unless expressly stated.
• Where a price has been confirmed in writing, it will not be increased after booking, except where a government charge or tax is introduced.

4. Passports and visas

Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and, where applicable, a visa. Citizens of many countries may enter Uzbekistan visa-free; we will advise on request, but the final responsibility rests with the Traveller. We are not liable for refusal of entry.

5. Health and fitness

Some tours involve walking on uneven surfaces, stairs and long transfers. Travellers should inform us of any medical condition, mobility limitation or dietary requirement at the time of booking so that we can advise on suitability and adapt where possible.

6. Behaviour

We may terminate the participation of any traveller whose behaviour endangers others or seriously disrupts the tour. No refund is due in such cases.

7. Photography

We may take photographs during tours for our own promotional use. Tell your guide if you prefer not to be photographed and we will respect this.

8. Accommodation

Hotels are named or described by category in each programme. Where a named hotel becomes unavailable, we will provide accommodation of an equal or higher standard.

9. Complaints

If something is not right, tell your guide immediately so that we can resolve it during the tour. Complaints made after the tour should be sent to us in writing within 30 days of the tour end date.

10. Intellectual property

All texts, itineraries, photographs and design on our website are the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tashkent.
